erich Hahne - President

Erich has been active in commercial and residential brokerage, construction and development ever since forming SouthPointe in 2000. He prides himself on being honest and loyal with Clients and tirelessly analyzes the details to ensure there are no surprises.  He holds an Economics Degree from UNCC, a NC Real Estate License and a NC General Contractors License.  He is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors and the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association.



The present day – Erich is still advising Clients through the real estate process and ensuring their goals are met and concerns are mitigated.

In order to better understand the construction aspects of real estate, Erich pursues and receives his NC General Contractor's license.

Everyone remembers moving into their first house or a brand new site for their business.  In either case, that home, that company site, is a piece of your identity.
